Johanna 1.5-2! really late on this post ;)

]
tea parties with daddio!

library walk playdates with friends <3

starting to get real interested in the phone..

messy eater- off to play ;)

all about the costumes!

laying on the trampoline every night with daddy looking at the stars and listening to the crickets and dogs and owls.... some of my favorite memories!

eating a donut and riding the horse at Freddies before heading to Gramma Sandee's to bring her dinner after a surgery...and she is SO cute! little pig tails!

helping tia Jess

helping mama do the chickens

she did this all on her own...little nudist! toddlers are so funny!

throwing leaves with mom's group friends!

a worm...

she loves her papas and huevitos when ita is home!

watching Primo sammy's soccer game- she didn't do too great, but it was way past her bedtime haha.

this guy! he would go lay in her crib with her every night for a while and they would just talk and play.... i love their love for each other! he is the best dad in the world!

watching the Timbers game of course

we spent a lot of time snuggling up during her one TV show a day...look at mama's big pregnant belly!

after attending gymnastics classes, she had to re-enact it at home! carpet squares and all <3

playing basketball!

toddler style ;)

trying on all of ita's shoes!

zane's playroom!

children's museum face painting is her very favorite thing.

we were in a small group with Lacy and Allison for a while- Jo and Allison played ok together when they weren't attached to mom's legs.

girl LOVES to read!

we sometimes kill time at stores by just walking the aisles and playing ;)

mama was about 7 months pregnant here and Jo would put the baby Jesus from the nativity scenes in her shirt and then it was a balloon- love the imagination!

tomatoes from our garden- this girl would eat them straight from the garden- at least one a day!

rainbows!

my little helper ;)

trying to get a passport photo hahaha

A Maze in Grace pumpkin patch was literally right down the road from our house so we visited at least 5 times that year... and then it went out of business :(

starting to really focus on certain tasks! spent at least 30 mins organizing by color while ita babysit and mom was at small group. i think Jesus was in Florida that week...

undies on over pants, Minion slippers and bunny ears ;)

she was so proud of the "rainbow pizza" that she made!

we got a Groupon for a Gymboree class and took Johanna when I was about 8 months pregnant- she loved it and it was a great way to get her energy out during the Oregon winter.

I think this was the night June came (we left around 12:30am).

notice all the worms on the ground- she went around gathering them into a family

bed head ;)

Jo became a BIG SISTER!!!

Jesus did a lot of one-on-one with Jo when June was tiny- here they went to Tia Jess' house to watch a game and Jo played with Natalie and Ruby's dress up clothes!

this was like 3 days postpartum and Johanna was asking for a date with me. when I said yes she requested Panda Express, so we went for lunch! amazing to me that I was so able to leave June at just 3 days old with daddy to spend time with Jo...I don't think I left Johanna's side for at least 3 weeks when she was a newborn.

Johanna always wanted her morning coffee too ;)

helping daddio ;)

and "helping" some more. Jesus found that table for $5 at Goodwill and fixed it up beautifully!!

she packed her own bag for a sleepover at gramma Sandee's house

someone brought Jo play-doh when they brought our meal train and she immediately mixed the colors all up. here is a family of snakes she made!

someone sent that bear in the mail for June, but Johanna claimed it haha

Allison's 2nd bday party

ita's "farkily" shoes

sleepovers with gramma sandee were such a blessing the first few weeks with June. and Jo ate up all the one on one time!

caring for her own baby!

such a fun age- loved this time with our Jo so so much! it was amazing to get her to myself for almost 2 years! and now she is an amazing big sister and I can't wait to see that relationship blossom and grow. She is almost 3 now and says she wants lots of brothers and sisters ;)
