2014 before the baby!

it was all fun and games until someone had to take a bath...

a bit too much fun with her basketball..

i know this is super awkward, but it is hilarious how cece follows me everywhere. she is super protective of me now that i'm pregnant. literally she is sitting by my feet while i pee here...

finally all 3 chickens are laying eggs!! we even got a double yolk ;)

looove walking through the fields with cece!

making valentines cards with my nieces! they said we have to do this every year...they come over and we bake something together and then make cards! love them!

sexy ;)

a fun freebie on our way to a prenatal appointment!

we laughed so hard at this picture. showing abuelita the nursery!

yummmm!

we went on a girls trip up to Seattle to visit Alex! it was great to catch up with him! we visited Pike's place and ate at Rainforest Cafe and got to see his school and church and visit with Emily. I even saw Desiree from the Bachelorette at Starbucks for breakfast!

Snowpocalypse 2014! We were stuck at home for literally 5 days. My mom needed help getting a ride home after a nasal surgery, so we were out in Hillsboro when it started getting really snowy and the drive home was terrifying! Luckily, we made it and had plenty of stuff to tide us over for several days. The wind was also crazy during this storm, so we moved our mattress into the living room and it was pretty cozy and fun! Jesus declared that someday we have to have monthly sleepovers out in the living room with our kiddos. I don't know about monthly, but certainly a few times a year ;)

the funniest gifts we received for baby ;)

getting our room all set up!

<3

8 months!

Sylvia at 37 weeks and me at 33 weeks! Sylvia had Sienna on 2/12/14!

the cutest outfit from PRC!

Blanca, Jessica, and Mari threw me an amazing baby shower! They put in so much work and it was sooo beautiful! I have never had such an extravagant party before...made me feel very loved! Since it was so close to Valentine's Day, the theme was "Showered with Love" and it could not have been cuter! We did a brunch with a yogurt and pancake bar, coffee, fruit, etc. so much fun!

my crazy beautiful nieces ;)

Jenny is about 14 weeks behind me and due toward the end of June.  She is also having a little girl, so hopefully our babies will be friends :)

the necklaces were for the game where you could not say "baby" or cross any body part. we played bingo and "How big is my mommy?" where everyone measured my belly haha everyone except Tia Isabel guessed way too big. we also played the clothespins on a hanger game. lots of fun!

cutting the cake :)

Jesus and I stayed at a beautiful bed & breakfast out in Portland, "The Lion and the Rose" for our babymoon/1.5 year anniversary!

our bed ;) it was soo high off the ground hahah i was a little scared of falling off.

later that evening, we took a bath overflowing with the lavender bubbles! Jesus had his wine and I had my sparkling cider while in the tub... wonderful time to connect and talk!

lots of beautiful details!

;)

we enjoyed coffee/tea when we first got there and read about the history of the house.

all dressed up <3

we went out to "El Gaucho" for dinner! It was divine! We had escargo, sticky ribs, steak, and mac'n'cheese! All of the food was absolutely wonderful! Very romantic ;)

the delicious breakfast the next morning! mmmm! the owner of the B&B sat with us and the one other couple and proceeded to talk our ears off about B&B legality and issues they were facing....hahaha. he was a gay man and his eyes were ridiculous...two lazy eyes so you couldn't really look at him without feeling uncomfortable. just stare at his nose or forehead!
