End of summer 2014

I was going to just add on to the "Spring & Summer 2014" post, but I realized that Johanna is SO different now than she was a few months ago, so a new post was in order!

Johanna is now 6 months old! She can sit on her own, is almost pulling up to a stand, eating solid foods twice a day, and is so so so much fun! She is a social butterfly and loves going to mom's group and hanging out with family.  She gets so excited to spend time with daddy! She is still nursing like a champ and is really clingy to mama.  She loves sweet potato, avocado, and pear the most! She loves doggies. She is just the light of our lives! Lucky for us, she does go to sleep for the night at 6:15, so we are still enjoying lots and lots of time together ;) We love spending the evening doing at home dates- games, dinner, movies...or catching up on cleaning and projects.  We are looking into buying a new (to us) car for Jesus as well as possibly moving into a town home and renting out the farm- less work on an old house and less yard work to do.  also, less exposure to pesticides for Johanna and future babies! Lots and lots going on- life is busy! The summer is always crazy, so we are excited to see it start to cool down, get dark later in the morning and earlier at night, and the leaves starting to change color. I love Fall most of all!! and I can't wait for Christmas! Already starting to shop ;)

she wasn't a huge fan... but she loved the actual pool.

Jesus is 24! traditional beach trip!

We have been enjoying a lot of things this summer even though it has been busy. 2nd anniversary, 24th birthdays, Nick coming home to meet Johanna, hiking with friends, going to the fair, cousins coming to visit, the dog park, friend's weddings, Jesus playing in pro-ams. Lots of memories!
