Jessica's bridal shower- all the girls were so cute playing ring-around-the-rosie!
on our way- we got an extra seat and had both girls in their car seats- made the flight awesome!! Johanna only took a 1 hour nap even though we woke her up at 3am and she didn't go back to sleep in the car! she was totally overtired the next few days.
June slept in her sweet little bed in the closet at the house and on a table in the hotel- best investment ever!
the first night, we went to a restaurant with a gorgeous view of the sun setting over the ocean. it was pretty windy and cold though and a bit of a drive, so neither girl was very happy at the end. The pictures made it all worth it though!
local beach and just soaking up time with cousins! Johanna was soooo happy to be with her cousins all day, every day.
a circus! Jo got to go on her first rides and she loved it! it was so cheap too- we actually had to tell the lady to stop a ride at one point because it had gone on for soo long.
we mostly hung out at different beaches the whole time at the house- lots of fun for the kiddos. exhausting for us! it was pretty hard to balance nap times with day trips and the older kids wanted to go to all different beaches which all required whole day trips. in oregon, we would have just used the ergo for on the go naps, but it was too hot. we decided it was pretty frustrating traveling with family and a newborn haha. overall, we had a great time. lots of fun and memories! but not at all relaxing.
