We got to go to Hawaii this year! My parents took the whole family to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary (a bit late), Nick's graduating med school, Alex graduating college (a bit early), Alisa graduating middle school, and a few other things! It was so much fun! We rented a gorgeous condo right by the ocean with several pools and lots to do. It was a little hard traveling with a new walker, but she did amazing! She loved the flight there and actually did great with the time change. We tried an overnight flight on the way home and that was a disaster- she wanted to be stretched out and anytime i would move because my arm was falling asleep, she would wake up and scream. lesson learned- travel during the day! We got to go snorkeling, hiking, and just spend time together. so so wonderful!
i was actually about 4 weeks pregnant here, but didn't know it yet...so i had some beer ;)
